Jo's cook school, Café & Kitchen store are located in Oxford, North Canterbury, approximately 45 minutes from the heart of Christchurch.

The aim is to provide small ( 8 - 12 participants ) courses to home cooks and food lovers looking for new recipes for their cooking repertoire - for either everyday meals or fresh ideas for entertaining.

Classes can be booked from the timetable or you are encouraged to arrange your own private group or corporate booking. Jo can design a class or weekend to suit your needs.

Additionally , the cook school will provide AGA cooking classes for owners or potential owners of this classic oven.

Lunch & Learn: One day hands on cooking classes.

Private Groups or Corporate: Design a course for your friends or plan a corporate incentive, reward or hospitality program.
Specialty Classes: With a network of friends to call on, we provide specialty classes - wine appreciation; Cheese making; Bread making etc.

The Café - attached to the cook school, enjoy the country atmosphere of Seagars at Oxford Café , Chef Phil Keen has made this the place to stop in Oxford.

The Kitchen Store - Jo has selected a range of cookware and kitchen essentials that she wouldn't be with out.

Accommodation - Seagars at Oxford have B&B units available or try one of the recommended B&Bs in the local area.
